Zoravel is an email address verification service operated by Elixon LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By using zoravel.com you agree to these terms. The service verifies email addresses via syntax checking, DNS lookups, SMTP handshake and other technical checks without sending any emails.
Zoravel operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you download verification results. One credit equals one email address verified. Credits do not expire.
Scanning is free. Credits are only deducted when you choose to download your results. Export files are available for 72 hours after generation. We do not offer refunds for unused credits except where required by law.
You may only upload email lists that you have a lawful right to process. You must not use Zoravel to process email addresses obtained through unlawful means, to facilitate spam, or to harass individuals.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
When you upload a CSV file, the email addresses it contains are processed solely for the purpose of verification. Source files are deleted immediately after processing begins. Export files are deleted 72 hours after generation.
We act as a data processor on your behalf. You remain the data controller and are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process the personal data contained in your lists. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Verification results are provided on a best-efforts basis. Some mail servers deliberately return misleading responses to prevent harvesting. We flag these as risky rather than making definitive judgements. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and accept no liability for decisions made based on verification results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elixon LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Zoravel. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zoravel.com. Upon termination all your data will be deleted within 30 days. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
