What counts as one credit?

One credit = one email address verified. Whether the result is valid, invalid, risky or unknown — the credit is used when the verification runs.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Buy once, use whenever you need.

How accurate is the SMTP check?

Very accurate — but not 100%. Some mail servers use greylisting or deliberately return false positives to prevent harvesting. We flag these as risky rather than guessing.

Is there a free trial?

Scanning is always free. Credits are only deducted when you download your results. Upload your list and see the verification run before you pay anything.
